Turnberry Place in Las Vegas blends spectacular sky-high views,
unparalleled amenities, VIP services and a central location to cater
to residents looking for low-maintenance, luxury living.
The $700 million high-rise community is located just off The Strip
and three miles from McCarran International Airport. The development
will boast four 40-story towers when it is complete in 2006. Currently,
Towers One, Two and Three are complete and Tower Four will break ground
in the fall of 2004.
“The Turnberry lifestyle offers residents VIP, resort-style service in
a private, gated community,” said John Riordan, vice president of sales
for Turnberry Place. “This community caters to those looking for luxury
living without the upkeep of owning a single-family residence.”
High-rise residences are available in the fourth tower at Turnberry
Place, and they feature Italian marble Jacuzzi whirlpool baths,
granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gagganeu
appliances and private, wrap-around glass balconies.
Ten floor plans are available, and prices range from $530,000 to more
than $5.9 million.
One of the premier amenities at Turnberry Place is the Stirling Club.
All residents are members of the 80,000-square-foot club.
The club offers members and guests a home away from home atmosphere in
an environment that boasts casual and formal settings. It boasts valet,
concierge and VIP service.
The $40 million club features casual and fine dining, an anti-aging
European Vinotherapie Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a
virtual reality system, a Pilates studio, beauty salon, Jacuzzis,
saunas and steam baths and an indoor lap pool. Additionally, there is
a nightclub, piano lounge, clay tennis courts and an outdoor mosaic
pool with a pool bar.
World-renowned chef Charlie Palmer spearheads the food and beverage at
the Club with his signature progressive American cuisine.
The Club features two main dining facilities, including fine dining at
the Stirling Room and more casual fare in the Verandah Cafe. The
intimate Twenty Eight Club, a private wine club within the Stirling
Club, boasts additional dining options complete with individual
private wine lockers for members and monthly winemakers dinners.
“People who enjoy an active lifestyle with a variety of amenities will
find the Turnberry lifestyle appealing,” Riordan said.
Security is state-of-the-art at the gated community. The entry gate is
staffed 24 hours with personnel who check in residents and guests. In
addition, each residence is equipped with a security system. Elevators
require key cards to take residents to their private lobby.
Construction started on the 15-acre development five years ago when
Florida-based developer Turnberry Associates determined there was in a
niche in the real estate market in Las Vegas for high-rise living.
“We are building one of the most exciting residential projects in the
country,” Riordan said. “It has been extremely well received and
residents are enjoying the Turnberry lifestyle.”
Residents at Turnberry Place include business executives, singles and
couples buying second or third homes, empty nesters and those looking
for a resort lifestyle with luxury amenities.
When complete, the community will add 800 residences to the North end
of the Strip and enhance the city’s famous skyline. Residents of the
gated community enjoy room service, limousine service, concierge
service, 24-hour security, membership to the Stirling Club and much more.
Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates
the view from the 27th floor of Tower Four in the community’s $3
million sales pavilion located at 2777 Paradise Road.
