Architect
The project architect is the firm of Pierce, Goodwin, Alexander &
Linville. PGAL recognizes that every project poses a unique set of
design challenges and requires a distinct strategy. The firm therefore
brings a fresh perspective to each assignment from the extensive
residential experience of its key staff and members. Those projects
varying in size, budget and architectural vernacular; have ranged from
urban infill housing to resort properties, mid and high-rise
developments and campus housing.
|
 |
|
Each PGAL assignment is embraced by a carefully selected project team
comprising architects, engineers, planners, interior designers and
specialized consultants. They frequently coordinate their services
with the client's program manager and building contractor to facilitate
seamless delivery of all design and construction services. In addition,
to accommodate client preference and construction philosophy, PGAL
operates through both traditional design-bid and more progressive
delivery process such as construction management and design-build.
