Developer Rodney C. Yanke and his sales team say a touch of class and
high-quality amenities will set the Spanish View Tower Homes apart
from other high-rise residential developments.

"From the sales process to the finished product, the first high-rise
project in the southwest part of Las Vegas at South Buffalo Drive and
(Interstate 215) will offer a new level of custom living," Yanke said.
When prospective buyers call the sales office and set an appointment,
a luxury vehicle will pick them up and take them to the development
site, then to a home in nearby Spanish Hills where they will receive
a personal "tour" of the models. "Our buyers are sophisticated and
know what they want. We want to provide them with a pleasant buying
and living experience," Yanke said.

The sales staff said the tour allows potential buyers to appreciate
the homes' upscale features, such as imported Italian marble and 11-
or 12-foot ceilings. Floor plans range from 2,500 to 9,500 square feet.
Prices start from $760,000 to more than $6 million.

Planned resident amenities include a health, fitness and weight loss
center, beauty and nail salon, day spa with tanning facilities, indoor
climate-controlled parking, tennis and racquetball courts, putting
greens, and enclosed swimming pools and spas.

"We are essentially offering a full-size, custom home in a high-rise
setting. These homes offer all of the amenities of a large, custom home
without the headaches typically involved with large homeownership,"
Yanke said.

The development project will comprise three 18-story towers on 15
acres. Plans call for 135 homes per tower for a total of 405 units.
