The Development Team is headed by Diversified Real Estate Concepts,
Inc., under the creative leadership of its President, Michael Peterson.

more than 1200 condominiums in award-winning communities.

Michael Peterson is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin –
Madison, where he received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration,
specializing in Marketing and Real Estate Appraisal & Investment
Analysis under the direction of the late Professor James Graaskamp.
He also served as an Instructor at Madison Business College, teaching
courses in Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Management Principles.

Under the leadership of Bob Sherman, Sherman Architecture has played a
leading role in developing, designing and building a wide range of
projects. The firm's current work includes resort hotels, casinos,
bars, restaurants, professional office campuses, retail centers,
multi-family condominiums and townhomes, and custom homes.

Bob Sherman began his design career as the founding partner of a
17-man architectural firm in the Northwest, handling municipal, county,
state and federal projects of up to $30M throughout the region.

Sherman Architecture was established in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1990.
Prior to that, Mr. Sherman was Vice President of Development for an
international real estate firm.
