THE DEVELOPERS
Newport Lofts is a joint venture between Seegmiller Partners and Cherry
Development.

Seegmiller Partners is based in Newport, California. SP cut its teeth
on commercial developments in and around Newport. Newport Lofts is the
first in a roll-out of its fresh take on high rise luxury residential
development.

Sam Cherry Development is based in Las Vegas with interests in
Arizona and Illinois. Its namesake, Sam Cherry, has been heralded
by Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman as one of the primary movers and
shakers in the movement to establish Downtown Las Vegas as a
premier U.S. metropolis - moving Las Vegas well beyond its resort
and gaming status.
