The 28 story climb to a soaring luxury lifestyle known as Evolution
Lofts continues on its steady course with the appointment of Summit
Builders, one of Las Vegas' most sought-after general contractors.
With an eminently talented staff that collectively represents more
than 100 years of experience in Las Vegas alone, Summit Builders is a
commercial general contracting company with offices in Las Vegas, Los
Angeles and Phoenix, and is highly regarded for its expertise across
the western and southwestern United States.

Leonard Edelman of Boulevard Properties, co-owner of Evolution Lofts,
notes, "Summit Builders is a solid, well-respected firm widely praised
for their commitment to excellence, depth of knowledge and
responsiveness to client needs. We are thrilled to be working with
them and feel confident in their understanding of the vision for
Evolution Lofts."

Rising in the heart of Las Vegas' highly touted Gateway Arts District,
Evolution Lofts is considered a landmark project that is setting the
standard for the phenomenal growth occurring in the area. With its
sweeping sail across the roof and a dramatic circular opening
punctuating the sky, the building will have a defining presence in the
emerging downtown Las Vegas skyline.

The project's co-owners, Arthur Scheinholz also of Boulevard Properties
and Scott Greenwald of The Greenwald Group, have collaborated to pool
their substantial expertise in building distinctive residential
high-rise towers as well as $10 million custom estate homes to create
Evolution Lofts – two spectacular high-rise residences featuring
spacious, light-filled lofts with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows and
private balconies offering breathtaking views of the Sierra Mountains
or the Vegas Strip.

"We are particularly excited to be working on Evolution Lofts as it is
considered one of the hottest projects in Las Vegas right now," says
Steve Bellew, Division President, Nevada & California, Summit Builders.
"Not only do we want to be part of the development of the Arts District
– an initiative that is a major focus for Mayor Goodman – but we are
also impressed with the knowledge of the project's owners. It's a great
partnership and an amazing project."

In related news, earlier this month JMA Architecture, the lead planning
and design firm on Evolution Lofts, submitted complete working drawings
to the Las Vegas Building Department in order to secure the building
permits. This is an important milestone in the construction process and
allows the project to proceed into construction. The plans submitted
include Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Architectural/Structural
Engineering, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineering drawings –
each depicting all of the components necessary to construct the
building. Construction is expected to start in summer of 2006.
