Diversified Real Estate Group and the Downtown Development Group
announced earlier this year plans to build Club Renaissance, a 60-floor
residential condominium tower. When built, Club Renaissance is slated
to be one of the tallest residential condominium towers in Nevada at
705 feet. The tower will be located on the corner of Casino Center
Boulevard and Bonneville Street.

The condominiums are designed to serve the needs and lifestyle of
of young, active professionals working and playing in Downtown Las
Vegas. The first floor of Club Renaissance will be retail space,
and the top floors of the building will feature a 15,000 sq. ft.
country club and fitness center. In addition, the rooftop will
feature a sun deck and infinity-edge pool.

The top floor facilities will also include multimedia screening and
meeting rooms, a dining room with a catering kitchen, a billiards
and game room, smoking lounge and men's and women's grills. The
spotlight feature will be a state-of-the-art, fully equipped
fitness center and spa with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Club Renaissance will be located on the corner of Casino Center
Boulevard and Bonneville Street. Downtown casinos, the courthouses
and municipal offices will all be within walking distance. Prices
