Third, there is a "loft" product. These projects resemble the wide open spaces found in warehouse districts in cities throughout the United States.

Common features are suspended second floors, no interior doors, concrete or wood floors, and floor to ceiling windows.

This product is found Downtown, on the Strip, and on the South Strip areas.
